Drop Inn Center
For the first ever DewMore event, Dewey's employees made chili in the Clifton store's pizza ovens for 400 guests at the Drop Inn Center in Over the Rhine, Cincinnati. As an additional opportunity to get employees involved, DewMore hosted a toiletry drive at all of the Greater CIncinnati stores. The event as a whole was very successful! All of the stores were able to work together to restock the Drop Inn Center's Supply Closet and the chili was very well received. What started as employee's dreams of becoming involved quickly turned into an integral part of what Dewey's Pizza as a company is.
Keep Cincinnati Beautiful
DewMore joined forces with the 2009 Great American Cleanup to Keep Cincinnati Beautiful! Thirty employees volunteered their Saturday morning to work on the landscaping off of the Reading Road exit on the Norwood Lateral. Volunteers spent the morning shoveling mulch, digging holes for shrubs, and planting ornamental grasses. Next time you are driving across town on the Lateral, keep you eyes peeled for the good work these people did!
Paint The Town
DewMore rallied the masses for this major event! Partnering with local organization, Give Back Cincinnati, Dewey's staffers spent 13 hours painting this beautiful 3 story Victorian house in Lower Price Hill. Paint the Town painted over 40 owner-occupied homes for those or financially unable to do the work themselves.
Kick Ball Tournament
Fundraiser for Walk Now For Autism
All stores fended for themselves during our first annual Kickball Tournament. We partnered with St. Louis DewMore to raise $1,700 for their Walk Now For Autism Group.
Congratulations to the Crestview Hills Store who ended up ULTIMATE WINNERS of the tournament.
Many props go out the the teams for creating amazing uniforms, extremely original team names and showing up for a whole month's worth of games. Way to go teams! See ya on the greens next year!
Our Daily Bread
Halloween Mask and Pizza Making Workshop
We joined the Kid's Cafe at Our Daily Bread in Over the Rhine and got ready for Halloween! The kids in the program and DewMore volunteers worked together to make festive Halloween masks and made pizzas from start to finish. We tossed out pizza doughs and all of the kids topped their own pies . All of the student's graduated from our Pizza School Program!

Thanksgiving Food Drive
Partnership with Freestore Foodbank
DewMore partnered with local Food Donation Organization, The Freestore Foodbank to collect necessary ingredients for Thanksgiving Dinners. We collected over 500 pounds of food for families in need in less than 3 weeks!

DewMore worked together as a team to bring Holiday wishes to 5 local families in need. All of the stores partnered together to purchase presents for the families. We gathered at Red Tree Art Gallery and Coffee Shop to wrap the gifts.
